I don’t do surveys, but this one I choose to respond. I have been a customer for a few good years now. Every time I come in for routine service or a severe breakdown. I have been treated very kindly and honestly on what needs to be done. The staff is wonderful Susie, RJ, Frank, and this last time for a major repair I believe the mechanic that did the work is Kyle.? He came out and explained everything to me after the work was complete and as much as I appreciate everybody and their kindness I hope I don’t see you all for a little while at least, LOL, but seriously thank you very much for your great work and Customer Service, it greatly appreciated! I have used Northfield Tire for years and have never had a bad experience. Staff is always very professional, quick, and thorough. They will let you know if they see anything additional that you may need, give you a quote and offer to fix or let you fix on your own. I am always able to get an appointment right away. A few years ago I tried a different tire company closer to my home and had a horrible experience, I don't know that I would ever use anyone but Northfield tire again.

Always fair and honest service. Northfield Tire never tries to sell you something you don’t need. It’s nice to deal with their friendly and helpful staff.

It’s always an excellent experience at Northfield Tires. They are experts in what they do, and are always looking to fix the problem in the most affordable way possible for you. It can be hard to trust mechanics sometimes, but I never have any doubts about the advice I’m getting when I’m at Northfield. They are also always very efficient, and I’ve never had them estimate the length of a repair and be off.
