Mike was very helpful and professional. They have a great tire selection, prices and follow up service. I've bought tires in 3 different countries, buying Northfield Tire Pros was the best experience. Will definitely keep buying from them.

I don’t do surveys, but this one I choose to respond. I have been a customer for a few good years now. Every time I come in for routine service or a severe breakdown. I have been treated very kindly and honestly on what needs to be done. The staff is wonderful Susie, RJ, Frank, and this last time for a major repair I believe the mechanic that did the work is Kyle.? He came out and explained everything to me after the work was complete and as much as I appreciate everybody and their kindness I hope I don’t see you all for a little while at least, LOL, but seriously thank you very much for your great work and Customer Service, it greatly appreciated! I have used Northfield Tire for years and have never had a bad experience. Staff is always very professional, quick, and thorough. They will let you know if they see anything additional that you may need, give you a quote and offer to fix or let you fix on your own. I am always able to get an appointment right away. A few years ago I tried a different tire company closer to my home and had a horrible experience, I don't know that I would ever use anyone but Northfield tire again.
